When you reach out to us for assistance with social media marketing, we start with an introductory consultation to evaluate your current social media profiles and to discuss your goals and how we can help you. This initial consultation is free of charge and can be done in person*, by phone, or by email.
If you would then like to proceed, we draw up a plan of the recommended social media activities, together with a quote.
If you accept the quote, we may request access to your social media profiles and policies (depending on what the project requires), and will keep in close contact with you throughout the project. If you request us to post content on your behalf, we will send it to you for approval beforehand.
